Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi, Beji Pasuruan)

This research used an explanatory research, which is a study that aimed to test the hypotheses that have been formulated by the researcher. The method in this study was using quantitative methods. The number of employees were 218, and the sample in this study was the production employees. Based on calculation using slovin formula with an error rate of 10% was obtained 62 employees as sample. In this study using a hypothesis test consisting of F-test and t-test. Based on the F test results proved that the Occupational Safety and Health was significant effect on employee performance,it was indicated by by Fcount higher than Ftable (43,950 > 3,15). Based on t test proved that the Occupational Safety has significant influence on employee performance, it was indicated by tcount higher than ttable (2.145> 2.000) and Occupational Health has significant influence on Employee Performance as shown by tcount higher than ttable (2,623 > 2,000).
